Clarence Valley Inspires Local Artists
Grafton Regional Gallery is proud to present an exhibition of local emerging and established artists who are inspired by the environment of the Clarence Valley. Clarence Valley Scapes will be on show from 14 December to 5 February 2012.
The Clarence Valley has visually diverse landscapes including rivers, wetlands, forests, and coastline as well as urban places and manmade areas. Clarence Valley Scapes includes painting, drawing and photography celebrating this unique place.
“The gallery has been thrilled with the response from local artists”, said exhibition curator Angela de Martino Rosaroll, “The exhibition includes work by Rindi Salomon, Jenny Peardon, Graham Mackie, Pam Fysh and many more”.
Angela will conduct a floortalk of the exhibition at 11am on Tuesday 20 December. The event is free and open to all members of the community to attend.
